On 20โ21 October, Copenhagen will host the Plant Food Summit 2025 at the Royal Danish Playhouse, organised as part of the Danish Presidency of the Council of the European Union.
Plant Food Summit gathers policymakers, industry leaders, researchers, and civil society from across Europe to foster systemic change in food production and consumption. Building on a progressive Plant-based Action Plan and New Dietary Guidelines, Denmark contributes with expertise in sustainable agri-food solutions, organic food production, and plant-based research.
Over two days, the programme will highlight how plant-based innovation connects farmers, businesses, public institutions, and gastronomy. Through debates, site visits, and culinary experiences, the summit offers a unique platform to exchange knowledge, strengthen European collaboration and shape the future of sustainable food systems.
